Getting Started: Patrons

Before you can create Patrons and Applications using eTrition7, you will need to make sure that your settings are properly configured.

Below is a list of items you will need to configure before creating your first Patron:

   1. Patron Configuration
   2. Address Types
   3. Custom Patron Fields
   4. Eligibility Covert Codes
   5. Enrollment Types
   6. Ethnicity Types
   7. Patron Types
   8. Phone Types
   9. Racial Codes
   10. Calendars
   11. Grades
   12. School Types
   13. School Years

Once you have completed the above setup, you can create your first Patron. Go to Entering a Patron for more information.

Before you can create Applications for your Patrons, you will need to configure the following settings:

   1. Application Configuration
   2. Application Reason Codes
   3. Questionnaire

Once you have completed the above setup, and have created a Patron, you can create an Application for that Patron. Go to Creating an Application for more information.
